Keema Wraps:
Ingredients:
Cooked keema (minced meat)
Tortilla bread
Lettuce
Grated cheese
Mayonnaise
Olive oil
Method:
Spread the mayonnaise on each tortilla bread.
Next add the salad, grated cheese, cooked keema and gently fold using the spring roll folding method to make the wraps.
In a non stick frying pan, add some olive oil and heat up the wraps for about a minute or so on both side. Do not overcook them as they will be hard and crispy.
You can serve them with a side of salad, fruit or even plain by themselves.
