1 cup grated cheese (packed)
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup milk
Mix the above ingredients and shape into ball shapes..
Freeze for about 20 minutes.
You also need:
oil for frying
In a frying pan, add the oil and place the pan on medium heat stove.
Once the oil is hot enough, dip the cheese balls in the beaten egg, then breadcrumbs then deep fry the coated ball. Repeat this process with all the cheese balls and gently flip them so they cook evenly.
The cheese balls are ready when they are golden brown.
Serve them warm with ketchup..
