Savoury Donuts
SAVOURY DONUTS:
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups gram flour
1 onion..diced
Coriander..diced
1/2 tomato..diced
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 tbsp baking powder
Salt
Ground black pepperMethod:
In a food processor, add all the ingredients and mix until you get a smooth batter.
You need an electric donut maker for this..
Cook the donuts in your donut maker as per instructions on your machine..
Serve the savoury donuts with chutneys or hot sauce.
