Mabungo Juice:
Ingredients:
Mabungo seeds
Sugar
Water
A pinch of salt
Method:
In a blender, add the mabungo seeds, sugar, salt, water and blend until you get the juice out of the seeds.
Next sieve the mixture. Keep the juice aside. If you feel the scraps still have some juicy flesh, add some more water and blend the scraps again. Sieve again and discard the scraps.
Mix the first batch and second batch juices and refrigerate.
Serve cold.
