Butternut Squash Soup


Butternut Squash Soup:

1 butternut squash
2 cups cream
Water..enough to cover and boil the squash
Ground cinnamon…1/4 tspMethod:
Cut, peel, wash and dice the butternut squash.
Next cover the squash pieces with water and add a pinch of salt.
Then boil until the squash is soft.
Put the soft boiled squash in a blender, along with the cream and mix well until you get a smooth mixture.
Now pour the mixture in a pot, add the cinnamon and let it simmer for a few minutes, stirring the mixture once in a while.
The soup is ready to be served.
