Shortbread Cookies
SHORTBREAD COOKIES:
Ingredients:
1 and a half cups margarine or butter (I used Margarine)
250 gm icing sugar
3 and a half cups flour
1 packet vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla essenceMethod:
In a mixer, beat the butter, vanilla and sugar until light and creamy.
Then add the flour in parts and mix well.
Place the dough in the fridge for about 45minutes . Then shape the cookie dough into any shape and bake at 350 degrees for about 7 to 15min or until the bottom of the cookies start to turn to golden colour.
Let the cookies cool before removing them from the cookies sheet.
Enjoy!!!
