Egg Bajia










Egg Bajia:
6 boiled eggs
1/2 cup gram flour
1 cup plain flour
1 and a half to 1 and three quarter cups water..Start with 1 and a half cups water, if you find it’s thick then add the remaining quarter cup of water.
Oil for fryingMethod:
Mix the two flours, salt, water and mix well to make a batter.
Peel the boiled eggs and slice them.
Dip the slices into the batter and deep fry them in hot oil.
Repeat the process with the remaining egg slices.
When the bajia is ready, remove from the oil and drain them on a plate that has paper towel on top(to drain any excess oil). Next place them on serving plate.
