They are the same recipe as corn squares, just the baking pans are different shapes.Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cans of cream corn..398 ml each
1 cup grated cheese (packed)
3/4 cup cubed green and red bell pepper..Mixed to make the 3/4 cup.
1 tbsp (full) baking powder
3 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Mix all the ingredients well except the flour.
Then add the flour one cup at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Pour the mixture in a muffin pan, fill the holes about 1/3 way full.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes, then turn the oven to broil and cook until you get the desired colour.
Then remove the pan from the oven and let the circles cool completely before removing them from the pan.
Serve hot, warm or even at room temperature.
