Spicy Veal Chops

Spicy Veal Chops:
2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped onion
1/2 diced bell pepper
2 green chilies
1/3 cup oil
4 lbs veal chops
1/3 cup water

Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture over the veal chops and mix well.
Bake at 350 until the meat is soft and there is no liquid left (if you want it saucy, you can leave some liquid).
Keep checking on the chops, if desired, you can turn them when they half way of the cooking time, so they cook evenly.
The chops are ready when they are soft and there is no liquid left or just little liquid left.
Serve them as a side dish along with rice or chapati or just serve them with ukwaju and salad.
