Bell Pepper-Beef Stir Fry

Bell pepper-Beef stir fry:
1 and a half pounds beef steak cut into small pieces/slices
Half of red bell pepper..sliced
Half of orange bell pepper..sliced
Half of green bell pepper..sliced
1 onion..sliced
3 green chilies
1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
Ground black pepper..1/2 tsp
Coriander (optional)
1 tomato..diced

In a large karai, add the oil and start frying the onions.
Before the onions start to change colour, add the meat, cook for a few minutes and cook on medium high heat. Then add ginger/garlic paste, salt, ground black pepper and mix well.
Next add the bell peppers, tomato, green chilies and mix well, cover the meat and let it cook for a few minutes. Check o the meat so it doesn’t stick. Remember to keep mixing the meat, so it cooks evenly.
Check to see if the meat is tender, if not, add some water, cover the meat and let it cook until the meat is tender and soft..
Once the meat is soft, turn the stove off and add the chopped coriander if you chose to add the coriander..
Serve wit rice, chapati..Enjoy!!
