Cream Cheese Buns








Cream Cheese Buns:
3 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp yeast
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp margarine
3 tbsp yoghurt
3/4 cup to 1 cup warm milk.

Mix everything except milk, then add the milk a little at a time until you reach 3/4 cup, check the dough to see if it is soft, if it is hard add the remaining milk, if it is soft then don’t add any more milk. After you have a soft firm dough, divide it into 4 or 5 equal parts, then press each part into a thick oval shape and spread some cream cheese in the middle, if desired, then roll and shape it into an oval log..Repeat the process with the remaining parts.
Let the oval logs rise and then egg wash the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy seeds.
Next bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
When ready, remove them from the oven.
