1 and a half pounds keema
5 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp ground mixed spices
1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
Next cook them in a frying pan with very little oil in it.
Cook one side, then flip the burger to cook the other side.
Do not overcook the burgers, you need them to be juicy..
One the burger patties are ready, remove them from the pan and “build” your burger the way you like it..
**You can make the patties as big or as small as you want them.
