Uji wa Unga wa Sima


Uji Wa Unga Wa Sima:
2 mugs water
2 mugs milk
5 tbsp Unga Wa Sima

Put the water in the pot and place it on a stove at medium heat, and bring it to a boil. In another pot, boil the milk. Add a little water to the Unga Wa Sima, and mix it so it becomes really smooth. When the water comes to a boil, add the Unga Wa Sima and water mixture. Mix well so the mixture doesn’t stick to the pot and doesn’t form lumps. Now add the boiled milk, and stir the mixture. You may need to whisk it a little so it does not form lumps. Now add the desired amount of sugar and whisk. After a few more minutes of whisking, the porridge should be ready. If the porridge is too thick for your taste, you can add milk. The porridge is now ready to be served! Enjoy!!!!
