Citrus Chocolate Cheesecake









Citrus Chocolate Cheesecake:
1 and 1/4 cups graham crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
3 packages (250 grams each) cream cheese..softened.
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp of lemon zest
1 tbsp of lime zest
1 tbsp of orange zest
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of orange juice
1 and a half tbsp cocoa powder

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix crumbs and melted butter, press firmly on to bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time until just blended.
Stir in grated peels and juices.
Take about half a cup of the mixture and mix with the cocoa powder (mix well to avoid lumps).
Pour the mixture onto the crust. Now pour the cocoa mixture on top.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
Cool completely then refrigerate for 3 hrs or overnight.
