Tandoori Chicken Bits

Tandoori Chicken Bits:
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts..With or without bone.
A quarter tsp of each of the following dry spices:
oregano, thyme, parsley, rosemary and ground coriander seeds.
1 tbsp tandoori masala
A pinch of red food colour powder
Half tsp garlic powder
Salt
1/4 tsp lemon salt
Lemon juice
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp red chili powder
Oil
A pinch of cumin seeds.
2 tbsp yogurtMethod:
Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except oil and the cumin. Next place a pot on a stove and add oil in the pot, once the oil is hot, add the cumin and cook for a few seconds, then add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is well cooked and there is no liquid left..
Serve the chicken with naan, chapati or even rice.
