Cucumber Yogurt Dip

Cucumber Yogurt Dip:
Ingredients:
4 tbsp plain yoghurt
Cucumber
Salt
Lemon juice.

Method:
Put the yogurt in a strainer or a cheese cloth and let the strainer stand on a pot.
Let the yogurt stand for at least an hour, this process will help separate the water from the yogurt.
Now take the yogurt and put it in a bowl discard the water that came out of the yogurt.
Next take the cucumber and grate it on a grater on the wider side of the grater (wider teeth).
You need 2 tbsp of grated cucumber.
Next put the cucumber on a clean towel and gently squeeze out any excess water.
Then put the squeezed cucumber in the yoghurt along with salt and lemon juice. Mix and taste for salt.
**Optional ingredients:
You can add finely chopped coriander.
