2 bunches collard greens.. wash and cut
1 onion..chopped
1 tomato..diced
Coriander..chopped
Oil for frying

Method:
In a pan, add the oil and fry the onion.
Once the onion is soft, add the tomato and continue cooking.
Then add the collard greens and cover the pot.
Add some salt and stir the greens.
When the greens are cooked, remove from stove and put the greens in a serving plate.
Enjoy!
