Ngisi (Squid)
Ingredients:
Squid..sliced
Onion flakes (optional)
Garlic powder
Red chili flakes
Some oil for cooking
Salt
Lemon juice
Chili powder
Garlic/chili sauce (optional)
Method:
Mix all the ingredients and cook until everything is well cooked.
*This is not deep frying method.
*The amount of each ingredient will depend on your preference.
*You can add a little bit of water to the squid, if you feel like it’s still not cooked and there’s no liquid left.
