Mtuzi wa Samaki wa Tukutuku
1 raw mango..sliced
Fish cubes (samaki wa vipande)
Green bell pepper..diced
Tamarind..soak in water and squeeze out the juice (throw out the seeds)
1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
Mix everything in a pot except the fish and tamarind juice and then cover with water.
Cook until everything is soft and kind of mushy and the water has reduced.
Then add the tamarind juice and the fish and cook until the fish is well cooked..
Taste for salt and remove from stove when everything is well cooked.
