Meat Pie

Meat pie:

Ready made puff pastry
1 large potato
1 lb minced meat
1/4 tsp black pepper (ground)
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
Salt to taste
Lemon juice to taste
1/4 tsp mixed spices (ground)

Peel and boil the potato.
Next put the minced meat in a pan and add all the ingredients except the boiled potato and the pastry sheets.
Cook the meat mixture until it’s well cooked and no water is left.
Remove from heat and keep it aside.
Next mash the potato and add it to the cooked meat and mix.
Next add the meat mixture to the pastry and fold to the size and shape you want.
Repeat filling the pastry with the meat.
Place the filled pastries in a baking sheet and egg wash the top of the pastries.
Bake at 350 degrees until cooked and golden brown.
