Lamb Shoulder Steak

8 medium bone-in Lamb shoulder steaks
1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Lemon juice
1/2 tsp tandoori masala powder
Honey garlic sauce


Marinate the meat pieces with all the ingredients except for honey garlic sauce.
Next place the steaks in a baking sheet greased with olive oil and bake at 350 degrees until the steak are tender..When the steaks are tender, spread the honey garlic sauce over the steaks and turn the oven to broil to make the sauce crust over the steaks and remove the steaks when the sauce has dried to your perfection..
You can apply the sauce on both sides of the steak.
