Tuna Buns



For the tuna:
2 cans tuna
1/2 green bell pepper..dice
1/2 red bell pepper..chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper..chopped
2 tbsp oil
Ground black pepper
In a pan, add all the ingredients and cook the tuna with the ingredients.
Cook until there is no water coming out from the tuna and everything is well mixed.
Keep aside

For the dough:
3 cups flour
4 tbsp yoghurt
3 tbsp margarine
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup warm milk
1 egg

Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
Let the dough rest until it puffs up.
Then cut the dough into small balls.
Take each ball and kind of flatten it a bit and add some tuna filling, then fold and seal it back into a ball, so that the tuna is inside the ball of dough.
Then flatten it a bit to form a disc shape, the take a pair of kitchen scissors and make 5 or 6 cut in top.
Then brush the finished dough disc with either milk or egg wash.
Repeat with the remaining dough balls.
Bake at 350 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
