Teriyaki Jerk Chicken
Ingredients:
8 pieces of chicken
1 chopped onion
3 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp jerk seasoning sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
Oil
Method:
On a baking sheet, spread some oil and spread half of the onions.
Next, marinate the chicken and place them onto the baking sheet. Add the remaining onions on top.
Bake in the oven at 475 degrees for about 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, turn the chicken and place them back in the oven, but this time turn the oven to low broil and cook until the chicken is completely cooked. Remove from the oven and turn off the oven.
