Sweet and Spicy Cassava

Sweet and spicy cassava:

2 large cassavas
Peel the cassava, cut them into pieces and boil them add some salt when boiling them to give them flavour.

Next you need:
2 to 3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp sweet and sour sauce
1 tbsp garlic sauce
1 tbsp sweet tamarind sauce (or plain tamarind sauce will do)
Salt to taste
Lemon juice (optional)
Splash of chili flakes
A dash of chili powder.

Heat the oil and add all the ingredients except salt.
Cook the ingredients for a minute and then add the cassava without any water.
Mix the cassava with the sauces and if desired add a little bit of water.
Taste for salt and remove from heat.
Serve with lemon wedges.
