Rose Jelly Falooda
Ingredients:
6 cups milk
3 packets milk jelly crystals
1 tbsp rose sherbet
3 tsp gelatin powder (halal)
Method:
Mix everything and bring the milk to a boil, stirring constantly.
Once the milk comes to a boil remove from the stove and let it cool.
Pour the falooda in small bowls and refrigerate.
