Oven Baked Chicken
2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
1 tbsp honey garlic sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp tandoori masala
1 tsp green chili and coriander, blended (optional)
1tsp chili/garlic sauce
2 tbsp yogurt
Few drops red food colouring
Mix everything and marinate the chicken.
Bake the chicken in the oven, once in a while, removing the drippings or any excess liquid that comes from the chicken.
Take 1/2 a cup of the dripping and place it in a pan
Add a 3 tbsp of honey garlic sauce and 2 tbsp ketchup and cook it until it starts to thicken, remove from the stove.
Once the chicken is fully cooked, turn the stove off and spread the cooked sauce over the chicken and let the sauce kind of dry from heat from the oven. Keep an eye even though the oven is off, it will still be hot, you don’t want the chicken to dry or burn.
