Khara
Ingredients:
Puff pastry
Method:
Roll you puff pastry and cut into squares (any size you want).
Take each square and cut into four equal rectangles.
Take one rectangle and place on top of another and pinch the middle, then hold one side and flip the other side to make a tie.
Place in a baking sheet.
Repeat with other pastry.
I used two rectangles to get one khara.
Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, don’t over cook them or they will be hard.
