Jerk Salmon

Ingredients:
2 lbs salmon
6 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
1 tbsp jerk paste
1 tsp browning sauce (optional)
Salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Mix these spice ingredients to make a paste, then marinate the salmon with the paste.
You also need:
1 red onion.. diced
1/2 of red bell pepper
1/2 of green bell pepper
1/2 of yellow bell pepper
2 or 3 scotch or jalapeno peppers

 

Method:
In a baking pan, sprinkle some oil, spread half of the onion slices and then add the salmon on top of the onions. Next add the bell peppers on top of the salmon along with the remaining onion slices and the scotch peppers..Then bake at 400 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven when the fish is well cooked. Serve with your favorite side dish.
