Chicken Wings


2 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp garlic sauce

For the sauce:

1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup Honey garlic sauce (Diana honey garlic sauce) or any sweet sauce
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlic chili sauce (optional)
1 tbsp tamarind and date sauce (optional)


Place a large frying pan (oven friendly) on a stove and add butter.
Melt the butter and add all the ingredients.
Cook on medium heat till it reduces.
Add the cooked wings to the sauce, turn them gently.
Place the frying pan (oven friendly) with the wings and sauce in the oven on broil just to give the wings nice colour.
Remove from oven when the sauce has dried up to your desire.
