For the dough:

3 cups flour
4 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon yeast
1 tablespoon margarine
1 egg
1 to 1 1/2 cup warm milk

For topping:
1 beaten egg
sesame seeds


Put all the ingredients except milk in a mixer and mix until everything gets combined, then add the milk a little at a time until you get a soft dough. Cut the dough into balls and shape them.
Place the shaped balls in a greased baking pan and let rise until it doubles in size.
Spread the beaten egg with a kitchen brush and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
Bake at 350 degrees until the buns are cooked and have a nice golden colour.
Then turn your oven to grill to give the top part a nice golden colour.
Remove from oven and let the buns cool
