Beef Pastries


2 sheets of ready made pastry
1 large potato
1 lb minced meat
1/4 tsp black pepper (ground)
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
Salt to taste
Lemon juice to taste
1/4 tsp mixed spices (ground)


Peel and boil the potato.
Next put the minced meat and add all the except the boiled potato and the pastry sheets.
Cook the meat until it’s well cooked and no water is left.
Remove from heat and keep it aside.
Next mash the potato and add it to the cooked meat and mix.
Next add the meat to the pastry and fold to the size you want.
Cut off the remaining strip and repeat filling the pastry with meat.
Cut the strips of pastry filled with meat into small rectangles or squares.
Bake at 350 degrees until cooked and golden brown.
