3 lbs potatoes (peeled, washed and diced into thick slices)
2 lbs meat (boiled)
2 tomatoes (diced)
1 onion (diced)
3 green peppers
Coconut milk (enough to cover the potatoes)
Thick coconut cream/milk
Salt to taste
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.


Place the potatoes in a pot, then add the onion, tomatoes, green peppers, salt, curry powder, turmeric powder and the cooked meat without it’s broth.
Next cover the ingredients with the coconut milk.
Cook a medium high heat until the potatoes have cooked and the coconut milk has decreased.
When the potatoes are cooked, remove from heat.
In a separate small pot, add the thick cream and place it on a medium heat stove.
Cook stirring constantly until it thickens, remove from heat and add it over the cooked potatoes.
