Tuna Bechamel w/Cheese

Ingredients for Tuna:

2 cans of tuna
1 big sliced onion
1 bell pepper
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
*put 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan,then add onions.When onions are cooked,add tomatoes n sliced bell pepper and garlic paste.Then add the tuna and black pepper and salt.Let it cook for 5 mins.

Ingredients for Cheese Cream:
4-5 cups milk
2 tbsp cream cheese
3 tbsp white flour
1 maggie cube
pinch of salt
*add everything above together except maggie cube.Bit the mixture well n when it comes to boil,add the maggie cube and stir continuously because the cream thickens.When thick enough,then the cream should be ready.

1 pkt pasta of any shape
1 tsp olive oil
pinch of salt
*In the boiling water,add the oil n salt.Cook the pasta.

*Now,take the cooked pasta n mix it well with the cheese cream.In baking tray,put a layer of creamed pasta,then layer of cooked tuna…..to the finish. On top sprinkle shredded cheese n bake for 15 mins only.ENJOY!
