Mishkaki (Beef Skewers)









2 lbs boneless veal cut into cubes
1 tbsp crushed ginger
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp tandoori masala
salt to taste
lemon juice


Mix the meat with all the ingredients and marinate for about 2 to 3 hours.For really tough meat, marinate overnight .
Next put the meat into skewers and grill them on a grill till cooked to desired tenderness. Serve with salad and tamarind sauce. Enjoy!
-Soak your skewers to stop them from burning when grilling the meat.
-As for ingredients you can always put more or less to suit your taste.
