Mchicha wa Nazi
1 packet spinach
1 small onion
Coconut milk (thick consistency)
Salt to taste
1 or 2 green chilies
Boiled meat (drain the water)
Wash and cut the spinach.
Place the spinach in a pot and add the onion, tomato, green chilies, salt and the cooked meat.
Cook until the water from the spinach have disappeared and there is very little water left.
Next add the coconut milk/cream and cook just for a little bit.
Remove from the stove.
Serve with rice, sima or with breads (naan, chapatis etc).
