3 cups flour
half a cup sugar
1 tbsp plain yogurt
a quarter tsp ground cardamom powder
1 tbsp yeast
half a tsp ghee
1 to one and a quarter cup coconut milk
oil for frying
In a mixer add everything except the coconut milk.
Mix for a few minutes then add the coconut milk.
Knead until the dough is nice and soft like pizza dough.
Cut into 7 or 8 pieces and shape into balls.
Cover and let rise.
Roll each ball and cut into 4 quarters.
In a karai or  pot add the oil for frying and place on medium heat.
When the oil is hot add the quarter and start frying one side and flip to the other side, remove from heat when its golden brown.
Enjoy with tea.
