1 can cooked lentils
1 tsp curry powder
1 onion (diced)
3 tomatoes (diced)
2 green chillies
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Place a pot on a stove and add oil.
When the oil is hot, add the onion and fry.
Next add the tomatoes and continue cooking.
Then add the curry powder, salt and the green chilies.
Then add the lentils.
Next add the coconut milk.
The coconut milk should cover the lentils.
Cook the lentils until the coconut milk have reduced to your desire.
Serve with rice or breads (naan, chapati, etc).
