3 lbs minced meat
2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 packet shaan seekh kabab mix
4 tbsp bread crumbs
Salt to taste
2 tsp ground cumin
Mix all the ingredients.
Take kabab iron skewers and shape the kababs, nice and flat.
Now place the skewer on a high baking sheet so that the kababs don’t touch the baking sheet, only the skewers should rest on the baking sheet.
Turn the oven on broil and bake the kababs.
The oven is on broil, so always keep an eye on the kababs.
And also be careful not to burn your hands.
Cook one side, then turn them to the other side.
When all sides are cooked, remove from oven.You can always add or reduce the ingredients.
