Chapati za Shimari (Fennel Chapatis)










3 cups flour
1 tbsp yeast
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp fennel seeds
4 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup coconut powder
1 and 1/2 to 2 cups warm milk.


Mix everything in a mixer, until you get a soft dough.
Divide the dough into seven balls and shape them nicely.
Let the balls rise and then roll each dough and cook them in a frying pan with a little bit of ghee.
Once one side is cooked, flip to the other side and cook the other side.
Repeat with the remaining dough.
