On a medium heat stove, place a pot and add oil.
When the oil is hot, add the onions and saute’e.
Next add the tomatoes and continue cooking.
Then add the curry powder, salt, and all the vegetables.
Turn on the heat to high, tossing and turning the vegetables continuously.
High heat will help the cabbage stay cook and stay crisp at the same time, but remember to keep an eye on it and stirring or it will burn.
Remove when there’s less or no water at all and when everything is cooked.
