In a pot, add the ghee and onions and cook.
Next add the cumin and continue cooking, then add the raisins and salt.
Next add the rice and mix then cover the rice with water.
Let the rice cook until 75% cooked the drain away the water if any. Cover the rice and bake it until well done.
When done, remove from the oven and serve in a presentable plate.
Serve with any curry.
