Flour 4 and half cups
Half cup sugar
1 heaping tbsp margarine
Quarter tsp salt
Half cup greek or plain yoghurt
3 and a half level spoon yeast soak in 1 cup warm water
Half cup water
Half tbsp yeast.. not soaked
1 tbsp baking powder
Mix 4 cups and all the dry ingredients together keep half cup flour aside
Then mix in margarine yoghurt n soaked yeast.
Then add the half cup water slowly as you mix.
When the ingredients are well mix add in the half tbsp dry yeast and mix well until soft.
Now slowly add in the half cup flour as you mix . Knead well until soft.
Cover n let rise.
Once risen divide the dough into two n shape the dough into desired shapes. Let rise again.
Once risen again gently brush the top of bread with egg wash and sprinkle with oats n nuts if desired.
Bake at 325 for 35 minutes or until done.
