Creamy Paneer Curry
Paneer cut into cubes and marinate in paprika, salt, ground black pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, curry powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
Lemon pepper seasoning
In a pan, add some oil and cook the paneer cubes until golden and somewhat crispy.
In the same pan, add the butter and more oil if needed and cook the crushed tomaotes along with the spices until everything is well cooked and well mixed. Now add the cooked paneer and cook for a few minutes. Then add the cream and mix well. Finally add the chopped coriander and mix well.
Serve with rice or naan.
