Fish Coconut Curry
Fish Coconut Curry:
Fish cut into cube pieces
Ground black pepper
Lemon pepper salt (optional)
Marinate the fish using the above ingredients.
Then shallow fry the fish until fully cooked.
Thick coconut milk
Cook these ingredients (except coconut milk) until fully cooked.
Now pour the mixture over the cooked fish in the same pan used to cook the fish. If there is little oil left from cooking the fish, you can add some more cooking oil.
Once everything is well cooked, add some thick coconut milk and mix the curry well.
Garnish the curry and serve with rice or breads.
