Chapati za Malenge:
3 cups flour
Half a cup pumpkin puree
1 cup and about 2 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar
A quarter tsp ground cinnamon
In a mixer, add all the ingredients except water.
Mix well, then add the water and continue mixing until a soft and firm dough is formed.
Form your dough into a ball shape and roll it out.
Spread some ghee on top and roll into a log.
Cut the log into number of chapatis that you want.
You can shape the pieces neatly by pressing gently on them.
Now roll out each piece out into a chapati. Cook the chapatis on both sides on a frying pan or chapati pan.
You can add some ghee while cooking the chapatis if desired, I did cook with some ghee on both sides.
Repeat the cooking process with the remaining uncooked chapatis.
