3/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 and a quarter cup flour
1 tsp vanilla sugarMix all the ingredients in a mixer using a paddle attachment.
For the shapes I used a piping bag and wilton tip 1M.
Cut the end of a disposable piping bag and insert the tip, then put the cookie mixture in the piping bag.
In a baking sheet, place a parchment paper and pipe out the cookie mixture on the parchment into wreath shape or any shape you want.
Do not overfill the baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees oven for about 7 to 10 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies start to turn to golden colour.
When the cookies are ready, remove them from the oven and let them completely cool before storing them.
When the cookies are completely cooled, store them in an airtight container. You can decorate the cookies once cooled with chocolate ganache and sprinkles as seen in the picture.
