For the dough:
1 1/2 cups warm water..YOU MIGHT NEED SOME MORE WATER FOR THE DOUGH
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
3 1/2 cups flour
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
In a mixer add the 1 and a half cups warm water with the yeast.
Let it stand for 5 minutes so that the yeast can activate.
Then add the remaining ingredients and mix to form a soft dough. If you feel the dough is not coming together, you can add some more water and knead until you get a soft dough.
Then let the dough rest for one and a half hours.
You also need:
Once the dough is ready and puffed up, divide it into two balls.
Take each ball and roll it out into square.
Spread the garlic butter on the rolled ball and then put cheese on top fooled by sprinkle of oregano.
Bake it for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until the dough is cooked.
Cut the squares into sticks and serve them with garlic sauce.
