2 cups flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt or less
1 tbsp yeast
1 cup water
Mix everything in a mixer and knead into a soft dough.
Let the dough rest and puff up.
You also need:
Olive oil for brushing
Once puffed up, roll out the dough into a rectangle.
Then cut the rectangle into three parts.
Roll each part into a long strip. Take some sesame seed an place them on a counter, take each strip and roll it over the sesame seeds to coat. Cut the long strips into small size strips. Place the small strips into a baking sheet, spaced well apart. Brush the strips with olive oil and bake them in a 400 degrees oven for about 10 minutes. If you want, when the timer reaches half way, you can turn the bread sticks so the other side gets golden colour or continue cooking them without turning them like I did.
When ready, let the sticks cool.
