Katlesi za Kuku
Cooked chicken keema about 1 to 1 and a half lbs
2 eggs (beaten)
6 medium potatoes
Boil the potatoes until they soft, then peel them and mash them while they are still hot.
Next add some salt, garlic salt, ground black pepper and continue mixing.
I added about 2 tbsp of bread crumbs because the mashed potatoes were too soft and mushy.
Add the cooked chicken keema to the mashed potatoes and mix.
Then shape the katlesi.How to cook the katlesi:
Beat 2 eggs.
Place oil in a karai, then place the karai in medium hot stove.
Once the oil is hot, start dipping the katlesi in the beaten egg, then carefully deep fry the katlesi in the hot oil. Be careful as the oil splatters. Continue frying the katlesi until they are all cooked.
