Almond Crescent Cookies
1 cup almond meal
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 and 2/3 cups flour
A pinch of salt
You also need
1/2 cup icing sugar and cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon..Mix well and keep aside for topping the cookies
In a mixer, mix butter and sugar until fluffy.
Next add the almond meal and mix well, now add the flour, salt and mix well.
Store in fridge for 2 hrs and make into crescent shapes and bake 325 degrees for 14 to 16 min let them cool slightly and put the cinnamon sugar on top while they are still warm.
